I know that it is not quite the same as Photoshop, but I've found GIMP to be perfect for my own image manipulation needs, and it's FOSS (hard to beat that =).

Is it just me, or does it seem like in panel 9 it should be a dashed line indicating the bow is going into the water?

My first thought was, "huh, is that a whip hitting the bow?".
