...Every panel's dialogue is a haiku.

I can't win so I'm trying to disguise it so others can answer without seeing it Very Happy

Momo is from Japan.
he mentioned rice, which is an oriental crop. also he mentioned pagodas, or pointy houses. the curved sword is a katana, which is what samurai's used. The ancient Asian style was kimonos, or colorful, silk robes. He also mentioned an ocean, which, as China, the only other cantidate, is connectedby land, so that leaves Japan. (Asians also invented Haiku) Wink

I thought Momo was an Überlingenlander, you can tell by his accent.

Well, i dont think they have rice, pointy houses, "pretty" robes, curved swords, and those wierd pointy samurai helmets,as they had in japan, and Momo specifically mentioned.Maybe he was born in Japan, and brought to Überlingenland, where he picked up the accent, and it has been known to happen. But the aforementioned clues to his place of origin strikes me as japan, not a Germanic region.

Yes, what Momo describes is clearly something akin to Japan/China/East Asia regions. However, he is not 'from' there, merely he has 'visited' there.

Wow! The haiku stuff really prompted a lot of discussion - and even a nifty haiku from jaymon.

Let's see how you are at writing your own haiku for the contest question in episode #120.
