Panel #1 - The tiny light in the lower right is the starship, heading for the ring planet.

Panel #2 - Asteroids are lava rocks from my front yard.

Panel #3 - The starship enters the ring system. I increased the red color balance on the starship here, as it enters the ring. I intensified it in 5 and 6 while the ship is deep in the ring.

Panel #6 - I hope it's clear from the photo what's going on here. If not, an asteroid has struck the ship and knocked off one of the blue cannisters. You're probably wondering why the ship didn't go around the rings. Remember the battle damage? Must have caused a failure in the navigation system.

Panel #9 - And there's one of the ring planet's moons, also created in Photoshop with a tutorial from Solar Voyager. I hope the ship can get there on one engine.
