Perils of the Bold #63

Panel #3 - There's a new mouth for you. The smiling talking mouth. It's amazing how much of a difference a simple little shape can make to the expression of a character.

Well, that was something completely different. I bet you weren't expecting the orcs to break into a musical number.

Deep-dwelling orcs have a lot of spare time between raids. Besides practicing hordeship, choking on pinkberries, complaining about hygiene, arguing about directions, dying, chasing intruders, losing intruders, loitering at intersections, complaining about sore feet, resting, and comparing the taste of dungeon waters, orcs also make up and sing ditties. This maze-marching ditty is obviously well known by this tribe.

Of course, for those you who didn't recognize it, this beautiful musical orcish interlude has been brought to you buy Enya's Anywhere Is from the Paint the Sky With Stars album. I think it's very funny that a couple of evil, violent and barbarous orcs are singing a serene and peaceful Enya song.
